The CRYSTAL-Sherbrooke research team is composed of 25 specialists from various disciplines: 21 are from five faculties at the Université de Sherbrooke, including Éducation, Génie, Sciences, Médecine et sciences de la santé as well as Théologie, éthique et philosophie. Three other membres are from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Waterloo, the Faculté des sciences de l’éducation at the Université du Québec à Montréal, the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa and the Département des sciences de l'éducation of the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
